Why Purecab Filters

Purecab filters are constructed with 3 protection barriers:

1. Dust pad layer, that traps dust particles
2. Bonded filter media F7 grade 80% effective at 4 microns to trap chemical aerosols
3. A deep bed of ADXORB® Activated Carbon, (the most important section), ensuring any harmful chemical vapours that enter the carbon are adsorbed, cleaning the air before it enters your cabin.

Purecab filters are made with the highest standard of external seals to ensure that chemicals only pass through the activated carbon.

At one end, Purecab filters feature a unique Filter Health window which provide a guide to the life of the filter.

Purecab proudly use ADXORB® Activated Carbon in all carbon air filters. ADXORB® has been tested and proven to work significantly better than other international activated carbon options available. We design our Purecab filters to contain a layer of activated carbon granules which is tightly packed to ensure chemicals are captured as they enter the filter.

Independent lab testing has been performed on Purecab filters alongside other chemical filter brands. Testing was to the recognised industry standard ASABE S613-3 for tractor chemical cabins, where effective filtration performance to protect the operator’s health is critical.

Purecab filters exceeded the USA ASABE S-613-3 standard, and were the only filter to PASS. Purecab has also passed and are manufactured according to EN15695-2 for agricultural tractors and self-propelled sprayers tractor cabin air filters.

Purecab with ADXORB® Activated Carbon were the only filters to pass the standard and performed well beyond all others. Chemical adsorption was up to 11x greater and the filter’s effective life continued to perform well beyond the required standard.

Purecab filters are designed to last a lifetime. Tested and built by our skilled team with tough aluminium they will last many seasons and weather conditions.

Your Purecab filters can be reused over again with Recharge Kit or a Return Refill service.

Industry standards recommend chemical filter replacement every 12 months or 400 hours of use – whichever comes sooner.

Various factors can impact the life of your Purecab filter, such as temperature, dust, chemical type, spraying hours, and storage conditions. We recommend you regularly check for worn seals, dusty pads and filter age. If your Filter Health window shows the beads have changed colour from purple, you may need to replace the filter.

Your Purecab filter is packed in a vacuum sealed package to protect the activated carbon.

When not installed in your tractor, we recommend you store your filter in cool, dry place and away from chemicals.

As tractor manufacturers release new models we carefully design and create a new Purecab filter model. We will mostly release a new Purecab filter soon after tractor models are launched. Our range includes filters for tractors, construction equipment, ATVs, self-propelled sprayers and more.
