Protection from chemicals
The Invisible Enemy
Exposure to airborne chemicals is not always visible, but the effects can be lasting. Farmers spend long durations inside their cabin, increasing the risk over time. To ensure operators are working in a safe environment, a Purecab activated carbon filter should be installed to adsorb chemical vapours and aerosols before they enter the cabin.
Purecab-filtre passer enkelt til alle merker og modeller
Våre filtre er utformet for å passe til et bredt spektrum av landbruksmaskiner, noe som gjør det enkelt å finne det rette alternativet for utstyret ditt.

ADXORB® ACTIVATED CARBON
FORMULATED TO PROTECT YOU
Purecab Activated Carbon filters (‘charcoal filters’) are powered by our specially formulated ADXORB® Activated Carbon. Drawing on 38 years of experience, our filters provide superior chemical vapour adsorbtion and a longer life. While operating in your cabin it is crucial that the cab filter is not allowing these chemicals to penetrate. Critical to adsorbtion performance is how our filters are designed and manufactured, with tightly packed carbon and consistent airtight protection. ADXORB® Activated Carbon is suitable for regularly used agricultural, construction and other dangerous environments, and for adsorbtion of specific vapours.

CHEMICAL ADSORBTION
PROVEN UP TO 11X SAFER
Extensive testing is conducted to ensure Purecab filers meet quality standards. Side by side testing in the USA to standard ASABE S613-3 of various activated carbon filters including OEM and aftermarket brands proved only Purecab’s filters passed this standard. Powered by ADXORB® granulated Activated Carbon, our chemical adsorption was up to 11x greater and the filter’s effective life continued to perform well beyond the required standard duration. We conduct frequent independent testing to international standards to ensure operators are provided with the best options to protect themselves which spraying. Purecab filters outperform others, last longer, and adsorb more chemicals.
Filter Health
How to Check Your Filter Health
Purecab filters feature a built-in Filter Health window with indicator beads that change colour as the carbon become saturated. This provides a visual guide to help you stay protected.
Rosa/Lilla = Aktiv
Filter is in good condition
Brun = Inspiser
Filter is nearing the end of its life
Grå/Svart = Lad opp
Filter is saturated and unsafe.
Due for replacement.
Purecab activated carbon filters should be replaced or recharged every 12 months or 400 hours – det som kommer først
